Support initiatives from the Advent Community

The invasion of Ukraine by the Russian Federation is causing untold suffering in Ukraine and across the neighbouring region right now. For many, the misery will continue for months and years to come. We are committed to harnessing the collective power of our network and working alongside our portfolio companies to help alleviate the terrible human consequences of this aggression.

Across the Advent Community, we will continue to monitor the situation for our staff, portfolio companies and communities and respond accordingly. Below are some of the initiatives that are already underway.

Examples of relief efforts from our portfolio companies

Advent action

Advent has made an initial $2 million corporate donation available to charities that are providing immediate relief to those suffering in Ukraine and the surrounding area. We will also match personal employee donations, giving our staff additional flexibility to support efforts in ways that are important to them.
